REGARDING THE EXISTING WAREHOUSE, WHICH IS LOCATED SOUTH WEST NEAR THE MAIN FREEWAY, THE CLIENT HAS REQUESTED THE CONVERSION OF ITS EXISTING SPACE AND OFFICE AREA INTO A MODERN AND EFFICIENT LOOK THAT CAN BE UTILIZED BY THE CLIENT, TRAINING CENTRE AND THE HEAD OFFICE. THE ARCHITECTURAL APPROACH USED WAS THE FRAGMENT CONCEPT OF ARCHITECTURE. THIS APPROACH ALLOWS FOR A FUNCTIONAL DESIGN IN WHICH THE SPACE FITS ITS PURPOSE. THIS APPROACH ALSO SATISFIES THE ENVIRONMENTAL OBLIGATIONS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS DESIGN.
