THIS PROJECT ENTAILS THE EXTENSION OF AN EXISTING RESIDENCE IN THE SOUTH-WEST SYDNEY SUBURB OF ST JOHN’S PARK. A CONSIDERED APPROACH IN APPROPRIATELY ADDRESSING NEIGHBOURING PROPERTIES HAS BEEN ACHIEVED THROUGH THE LAYERED USE OF MATERIALS. A PRIME EXAMPLE IS THE LIGHT CLADDING TO THE UPPER LEVEL, WHICH SOFTENS THE BUILDING’S APPEARANCE FROM ALL KEY VANTAGE POINTS.

DESIGNED FOR A FAMILY OF THREE GENERATIONS LIVING TOGETHER, THE HOUSE FEATURES AN IN-GROUND POOL WITH AN OUTDOOR BBQ, AS WELL AS MEETING DISABILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR ONE OF THE FAMILY MEMBERS.
