THIS PRIVATE RESIDENCE IS LOCATED IN THE INNER WEST OF SYDNEY, CROYDON PARK NSW, WITHIN 11KM OF SYDNEY CBD. THE DESIGN CONCEPT IS TO FIT THE FRIENDLY STREETSCAPE WITHIN THE LARGER CONTEXT OF THE LOCAL NEIGHBOURHOOD, ONE OF THE MORE SIGNIFICANT DESIGN ASPECTS IS TO PAY HOMAGE TO THE HISTORY OF THE REGION AS WELL AS INTRODUCE MODERN ELEMENTS IN GOOD TASTE. THE UPPER LEVEL HAS FULL FRONTAGE SLIMLINE BALCONY WITH ICONIC CENTRAL ENTRY POINT BELOW. THE 5 COLUMNS WHICH ARE POSITIONED IN THE FRONT EXTERNALLY AND INTERNALLY OF THE MAIN ENTRY, ALLOWS FOR A GRAND ENTRNACE WITH A SINGLE PIVOT TMBER DOOR THAT IS INTEGRATED WITH SIDE GLASS. OTHER FEATURES INCLUDE; EXPOSED SMOOTH BRICK FACE, WITH SATTEL ROOFLINE, OPENINGS HIGHLIGHTED AND CAREFULLY CURATED BY A HEADER OF SANDSTONE CLONESTONE TO GREATLY HIGHLIGHT THE PROMINENT VICTORIAN STYLE IN THE BUILD.
